Advisory Board Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Advisory Board Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of U.S. and global advisory board meetings for a high-performing medical affairs team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for advisory boards, from planning through post-event reconciliation
• Manage cross-functional coordination, logistics, contracting, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including FMV, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, GDPR, and internal policies
• Support documentation, insights sharing, and audit readiness

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in advisory board operations, medical event planning, or medical affairs project management within the biopharma industry
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and cross-border engagement processes
• Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Monday.com (Cvent experience a plus)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
