Job summary

CG Advisor Network (CGAN) is seeking a Relationship Support Associate to deliver exceptional client and advisor experiences within a multi-custodial environment. You will work closely with Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers to support growth and operational excellence.

You will process requests, coordinate meetings, manage documents, and help drive KPI tracking and process improvements using CRM and custodial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process advisor and client requests and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, relationship managers, and internal teams to support advisor firms and client needs.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to and direct incoming inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Complete and manage various documents and forms in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency across custodial and platform functions.
• Navigate custodial platforms, CRM systems, and internal technologies effectively.
• Exercise critical thinking and initiative to proactively solve problems and complete tasks.
• Support CGAN’s advisor-growth efforts by assisting with KPI tracking, business metrics, and operational effectiveness.
