Job summary

OP RaaS seeks a technical leader to design, develop, troubleshoot and debug highly complex software for enhancements and new products. You will apply systems thinking to empower team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software, while providing SDLC documentation.

The candidate will lead architectural discussions, drive prototyping with diverse tech, and align with modern methodologies to support new business capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering or related field with 5+ years IT/engineering experience.
• Expertise in programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, microservices and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application of systems thinking principles to enable team members to design, code, test, and deploy software.
• Provide necessary SDLC documentation.
• Develop prototypes and solutions using diverse technologies.
• Advise on modern architectures, methodologies, tools, and processes for new business capabilities.
• Lead the resolution of highly complex problems.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance capabilities and architecture.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
