Job summary

The Well, a growing wealth management firm, seeks a Manager of Advisor Services to lead a service and operations team supporting 100+ financial advisors. This role partners with advisors, custodians, and technology partners to deliver service excellence and efficient processes.

You will guide account openings, transfers, and core advisor solutions, coach staff, and travel occasionally to the home office and adviser events to strengthen client relationships and overall practice operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services operations or advisor support.
• Strong leadership and coaching experience.
• Experience with custodian platforms like Fidelity or Schwab.
• Customer-focused service mindset and problem-solving.
• Ability to travel to home office and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the advisor services team to improve efficiency.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for advisor firms.
• Oversee advisor solutions activities (account opening, transfers, cashiering, processing).
• Educate staff on custodial platforms and service capabilities.
• Coordinate with custodians and technology partners to resolve issues.
