Job summary

Elanco is seeking an Advisor, R&D Portfolio Management in Indianapolis to drive portfolio transformation and improve decision-making across R&D and governance. You will partner with Finance, Strategy and IT to implement live insights and AI-enabled evaluations.

The role requires strong financial modeling, 8–10+ years in R&D project management, and experience with BI tools; a Master’s or MBA is a plus. Hybrid work and relocation options are offered.
