We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advisory Product Developer to support the development and maintenance of our Provider Management module . This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who can lead by example, provide architectural guidance, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, scrum teams, and customers to drive technical excellence and resolve complex issues.

Your role in our mission

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C# and related technologies.
  • Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to scrum teams across the Provider Management domain.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to security and compliance standards (including PHI).
  • Create development estimates and contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Investigate and resolve coding issues, bugs, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure all development work complies with security best practices and regulatory requirements related to protected health information (PHI).
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and ensure system availability.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years of Professional Software Development experience, with a strong emphasis on C#/.NET.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, System Design, and Technical Leadership.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum Environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with customers.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 – $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
