Job summary

Enbridge seeks an Advisor IT Application Services (Maximo) to support and enhance our Asset and Work Management Systems, primarily Maximo/MAS 9. You will blend business analysis with technical expertise to drive end-to-end lifecycle improvements.

You will collaborate with business and IT partners to gather requirements, design configurations, and deliver solutions that improve system performance and enable efficient maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years in IT support, systems analysis, or business analysis.
• Experience with Maximo/MAS or similar asset and work management systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical tech solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with partners and vendors.
• Experience with field mobility solutions and ERP/FI/SC systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as Maximo/MAS SME and administrator for configuration, workflows, security, automation, and reporting.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional/technical designs.
• Support integrations between Maximo and Oracle ERP Finance/Supply Chain and other systems.
• Design, test, and implement system enhancements to meet evolving needs.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for Maximo and mobility solutions, ensuring availability.
• Lead upgrades, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop system documentation and train end users and support teams.

We are looking for an Advisor IT Application Services (Maximo) to support and enhance our Asset and Work Management Systems, with a primary focus on IBM Maximo/MAS 9. In this role, you will combine business analysis and technical expertise to support the end-to-end lifecycle of asset and work management processes. You will collaborate with business and technical partners to deliver effective solutions that enhance system performance and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Act as a subject matter expert and administrator for Maximo/MAS, supporting system configuration, workflows, security, automation scripts, and reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate business needs into effective functional and technical solutions.
• Support integrations between Maximo and enterprise applications, including Oracle ERP Finance and Supply Chain systems.
• Design, test, and implement system enhancements and new functionality to support evolving business and operational requirements.
• Provide second- and third-level application support for Maximo and related systems, including field mobility solutions, while helping maintain system availability and performance.
• Lead and participate in system upgrades, enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop system documentation and training materials, deliver training to end users and support teams, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support successful solutions.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, business analysis, or a related area.
• Experience or exposure to IBM Maximo/MAS or other asset and work management systems, with an understanding of asset and work management concepts.
• Strong problem solver with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system and technology solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable collaborating with business partners, technical teams, vendors, and end users.
• Experience with field mobility solutions, such as Maximo Mobile or other mobile applications for field technicians, is considered an asset.
• Experience or exposure to Oracle ERP Finance/Supply Chain, SAP Work Manager and/or Plant Maintenance, SQL, or reporting tools such as BIRT is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices or ITIL certification is considered an asset.

Working Conditions

• Limited travel may be required to support business, project, or operational needs.

Physical Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary

• Ranges from $85,000 – $120,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
• Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
