What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the successful implementation of small business voice/data products and services, acting as the main point of contact for customers
  • Provide documentation and coaching for customers on various small business products, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment process
  • Attend meetings to discuss new processes and provide continuous feedback to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain detailed records of all implementation activities through the CRM tool
  • Implement orders related to specific projects such as the ACAM-Modem replacement project
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in telecommunications, customer service, or implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships
  • Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other customer information systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a direct sales program
  • Associate's degree
  • Familiarity with the products and services offered by the employer
