• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Silver Advisor marketing strategies and progress updates with the Salt Lake City team.
• Create and manage a marketing plan for Silver Advisors to meet business goals.
• Track advisor progress against activity and firm goals.
• Build relationships with leadership and senior advisors to grow the advisor group.
• Represent RFC in the Salt Lake City community to promote the firm and generate advisor leads.
• Coordinate training sessions and product-focused events with wholesalers.
