Job summary

Renaissance Financial is seeking a full-time Advisor Development professional in Salt Lake City to mentor Silver Advisors, guide strategic marketing, and support growth and recruitment initiatives. You will coordinate training, build leadership relationships, and serve as a local RFC ambassador to expand advisor networks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Vice President of Advisor Development in Salt Lake City to support Silver Advisor marketing strategies, marketing plans, benchmarks, and progress updates.
• Lead the Advisor Marketing Program with Salt Lake City Silver Advisors and create a marketing plan aligned to business goals, with bi-monthly check-ins for accountability and support.
• Track Silver Advisor progress with activity and firm goals.
• Develop relationships with leadership and senior Advisors to aid development of the new Advisor group.
• Establish team atmosphere through leadership and member development.
• Serve as RFC ambassador in Salt Lake City with professional relationships to promote the RFC mission and generate advisor leads.
