A healthcare solutions provider is looking for an Advisor, Financial Systems Analytics to oversee Medical Billbacks performance and create Tableau dashboards. This role requires 4-8 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Candidates should be skilled in Tableau, Excel, SQL, and be able to work remotely or near the Dublin, OH office. The anticipated salary range is $80,900 - $121,275.
Candidates can be remote and based anywhere within the United States. Ideal candidates will be within a drivable distance to the Dublin, OH, office. Candidates must be able to work EST or CST business hours.
Commercial Enablement is responsible for elevating the customer experience by providing essential capabilities, tools, and processes that optimize commercial execution to drive profitability and growth.
The Trace and Claims function oversees the analytics lifecycle to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This team manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
The Advisor, Financial Systems Analytics will use different methodologies from various disciplines, techniques and tools that extracts knowledge and insight from data to solve complex business problems on large data sets, integrating multiple systems.
Oversight and tracking of overall performance related to Medical Billbacks
Facilitates data and related research on behalf of Finance and Accounting
Completes EDI and customer matching research
Supports data recovery
Creation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards
Ownership of System Logic / Data flow for both Trace Operations and Billbacks
Optimizes query performance given size of datasets
4-8 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Tableau/Power BI experience (building dashboards)
Advanced Excel skills
SQL experience preferred
Alteryx experience preferred
Python/R experience preferred
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $121,275
