Cetera Financial Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an Elite Service Professional to join the MVP Advisor Service team. The role offers in-person or virtual support, with a potential hybrid arrangement after a successful training period.

You will act as the primary contact for advisors and their clients, addressing brokerage operations, advisory accounts, and direct business needs. You will train peers and manage complex escalations with leadership while documenting requests in the CRM.

• Cultivate connections with advisors, teams, and clients to foster relationships.

• Handle queries on brokerage operations, accounts, and transactions, including new accounts and servicing.
• Empower advisors with exceptional support and leverage technology to boost productivity.
• Log and track service requests in the CRM with timely follow-ups.
