Job summary

Farther is seeking an Advisor Experience Associate to provide operational, scheduling, and execution support to Advisor Experience Managers. You’ll act as the internal project manager ensuring workflows, handoffs, and resources are coordinated as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who values organization and operational excellence, helping to deliver seamless advisor experiences and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in our fast-growing fintech startup.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or client services (financial services experience preferred).
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong project management capabilities with ability to track multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools, CRM systems, and task management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and project management support to Advisor Experience Managers.
• Maintain and update advisor timelines, tasks, and dependencies in task management workflows.
• Liaise with Compliance, PDE, Billing, Operations, Marketing to deliver deliverables pre- and post-Discovery.
• Route and verify compliance documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Document and track task progress through Farther's internal portal.
• Support technology setup and reporting documentation for executives.
• Assist with resource planning and workload balancing across teams.
• Maintain task dashboards and near real-time status tracking.
• Prepare Pre-Day-One Operations Checklist completion reports.
• Generate weekly advisor readiness status and issue-tracking summaries.
• Ensure high SLA achievement with minimal missed milestones.
