Advisor Development Program - Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee: Harrison Crossing

As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses. You will have dedicated study time for your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. Once licensed, you will learn foundational skills to be an advisor, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial situations, and providing advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals, all while humanizing financial interactions.
After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions, along with client care. The program provides comprehensive support with tools and resources to guide your development.
Successful completion as a licensed ADP Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I typically leads to progression as a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA). In this role, you will build a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients in a Merrill Wealth Management office. Further advancement can lead to becoming a core Merrill Financial Advisor, supported throughout by dedicated programs and resources.
This position requires SAFE Act registration, including a background check and registration process. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.
