Zusammenfassung

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Program/Project Manager to serve as the liaison between Customer Care teams and TIS, guiding initiatives from initiation through delivery. You'll provide clear reporting, coordinate cross-functional discussions, and ensure alignment with the Customer Care roadmap.

You will organize meetings, maintain project tools, track requests, and produce status updates for management, while traveling up to North America as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Related university degree or 4+ years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess, structure, and prioritize competing business requests with varying levels of maturity and clarity
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into cleary defined initiatives, including scope, value, dependencies, and risk
• Skilled in facilitating planning, prioritization, and alignment discussions with managers and senior leaders.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive strategic initiatives.
• Willingness and ability to travel within North America as required.

Working Conditions

This role is office-based with limited physical activity. Travel required 25% of the time.

Physical Requirements

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Base Salary

Base salary ranges from $80,000 - $90,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
