Through the application of scientific and medical training, clinical expertise, and relevant clinical experience, the Clinical Research Scientist – Clinical Development: Neuropsychologist is an integral member of the Neuroscience medical development team. This role involves participating in the development, conduct, and reporting of global clinical trials to support product registration and commercialization; implementing global clinical trials; reporting adverse events; reviewing protocols, study reports, publications, and data dissemination; engaging with regulatory and governmental agencies; conducting outreach activities with external clinical communities; developing and implementing strategies for the product; and various medical activities supporting demand realization.
The Clinical Research Scientist must ensure all activities comply with current local and international regulations, laws, guidance (e.g., FDA, ICH, CPMP), Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), Lilly policies, and principles of medical research, aligning activities with the medical vision.
This role supports clinical trials across the Neuroscience platform, serving patients with neurological and psychiatric conditions. The scientist provides scientific support to study teams, particularly regarding clinical trial endpoints, implementation, data translation, and design of phase 2/3 studies.

Compensation for this role ranges from $142,500 to $228,800, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), health plans, paid time off, and more. Lilly reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits policies.
