The Advisor of Business Operations – RECF reports to the RECF Leadership team and participates in the development of the RECF central operational strategy and is accountable for leading and supporting the central operations of some or all the Real Estate, Construction and Facilities business units. The Advisor of Business Operations establishes, drives, supervises and coordinates multiple activities, including: administration and continuous improvement of our RECF business platforms (CMS (by FSI), eBuilder, MRI, ATG, VEOCI, STRATA), development of KPI’s and performance & managerial reporting, variance analysis and countermeasure development, administration of RECF Lean Daily Management process, project management, strategic decision-making process (goal deployment), and budget support. In addition, this person will be the central data analytics hub for the described goal of operational excellence. The Advisor of Business Operations will work in close collaboration with RECF Executive Leadership, Care Site Executive Leadership, directors & managers, Physician Leadership, Service Line Leadership, and matrixed departments to facilitate progress toward strategic and operational goals.
