Bell Studios LLC / PUZL Books in Celina, Texas is seeking a Local Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Representative for a contract/project-based role. Earn 20% commission on sponsorship revenue you originate, with no base salary.
You will identify local businesses, present sponsorship options, and guide them to placement in Little Locals editions, starting in Celina. The role emphasizes field outreach, persistence, and high activity levels, with commissions earned after sponsor payments clear.
Little Locals is a children's activity and welcome book created for families moving to Celina. Local businesses can sponsor pages and activities to introduce their brands to families as they begin choosing dentists, restaurants, childcare providers, veterinarians, home services, entertainment, and other local businesses.
This is a straightforward local advertising offer. Sponsors purchase a placement in a tangible, family-focused publication, and Bell Studios handles everything required to produce it and get it into the hands of new residents.
The challenge is prospecting: finding the right businesses, starting conversations, and following up consistently. If you are comfortable doing that, the product and fulfillment system are already being built around you.
Little Locals is a professionally designed activity book featuring hand-curated puzzles, coloring pages, local activities, family resources, and community content. Each page is assembled by hand, no mass produced AI -made pages or content.
The books will be provided free to local families through home communities, builders, real estate professionals, and other residential distribution partners.
Businesses can participate through advertisements, sponsored activities, family resources, and premium placements designed to help them reach potential new customers in a memorable way.
Little Locals is produced by Bell Studios LLC through its PUZL Books publishing brand.
Your job is straightforward: find local businesses that want to reach new Celina families and secure their sponsorship in Little Locals.
You will:
Bell Studios will provide the samples, approved pricing, sponsorship materials, and sales support.
Once a business is ready to move forward, Bell Studios handles the agreements, invoicing, payment collection, artwork, sponsor approvals, printing, and production.
Your focus is creating conversations, building interest, and securing sponsors, not designing advertisements or managing fulfillment.
Compensation is 20% of collected sponsorship revenue from sales you originate.
Individual commissions may range from approximately $50 to $1,500 per completed sale, depending on the placement selected.
For example:
There is no maximum. If you can secure 100 sponsors, I can make that many pages.
Commissions are earned after the sponsor's payment has been received and cleared by Bell Studios. This position will begin as a commission only opportunity. There is currently no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income. That can change if desired, once a steady stream of sponsors comes rolling in.
This opportunity may be particularly well suited for:
The initial assignment is finite: secure sponsors for the first Little Locals edition in Celina.
However, Little Locals is being developed as a repeatable publishing model with the potential to expand into additional communities, markets, and sponsored family publications.
If the Celina edition succeeds, the person who helps launch it will be in the strongest position to pursue future territories and projects. Depending on performance and interest, this could develop into an ongoing sales role or an opportunity to help recruit and manage additional representatives.
Future work is not guaranteed. We are nevertheless looking for someone who may be interested in growing with the model if the first edition proves successful.
We are prioritizing action, persistence, and outreach volume over a polished résumé. B2B or door to door sales experience would obviously be super helpful, but not completely necessary.
The strongest candidate will be willing to spend meaningful time in the field, walking into businesses, introducing Little Locals face-to-face, and creating as many genuine conversations as possible.
If you would rather visit 20-30 businesses during a focused prospecting day than make a few phone calls from home and wait for responses, you are likely the kind of person we want to speak with.
This is an active local sales opportunity, not a passive phone-based position. The quicker we can fill the pages, the quicker we can move onto the next area! We, obviously, would prefer to finish Celina within a few weeks, rather than spread it out over the course of the next few months.
The Little Locals editions are planned as yearly editions, so I'm hoping to squeeze as many in by the end of the year, for the 2027 editions, as possible!
