Job summary

BBDO Chicago is seeking a Business Manager to serve as the primary coordinator between clients and internal teams, guiding projects from initiation through delivery. You’ll ensure clear communication, documentation, and quality control while supporting creative development, production processes, and budget management.

You will lead client meetings, track revisions, and gatekeep client-facing materials, developing timelines and budgets to deliver on ambitious campaigns across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in marketing or advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and strategic thinking.
• Team-first mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initiation through delivery between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain regular updates of project and client documentation.
• Assist with leading client review meetings and communicate updates to the internal team.
• Gatekeep client-facing materials and perform final quality control reviews.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial impact and timelines for campaigns.
• Prepare materials for production and support production meetings.
• Capture key actions and responsibilities from client and internal meetings.
