You will work with a collaborative team to manage multiple projects and ensure all pieces are accurate, on-brand, and ready for publication. You’ll create and edit advertising assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, maintain organized files, and support in-store and digital campaigns with strong attention to detail and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
• Experience with advertising production and retail marketing preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and print/digital media production.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and production of weekly advertising, promotional materials, signage, and other marketing communications.
• Create, edit, and prepare advertising materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Coordinate content, pricing, images, and details to ensure materials are complete and accurate.
• Review materials for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and brand standards.
• Assist with production and execution of print, digital, in-store campaigns.
• Organize and maintain advertising files and assets.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze advertising information.
• Collaborate with Marketing, store operations, merchandising, vendors, and other departments.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines; adjust priorities as needed.
• Communicate project status and production needs clearly.
• Support special marketing projects and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of branding and advertising practices.
