Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking an Advertising Production Coordinator to manage weekly flyers and radio content across Alaska and Montana. The role ensures accurate pricing, descriptions, and deadlines while coordinating vendors, print, and digital assets.

Under the Digital and Print Marketing Specialist, you’ll proof materials, revise layouts, and prepare files for print and distribution, with the in-store and community focus that defines Three Bears Alaska.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• 1+ years in advertising production or marketing coordination.
• Experience with proofreading and version control.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable tools; Microsoft Office; and shared approval workflow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly flyer schedule from submission to distribution.
• Collect promotional pricing, product descriptions, pack sizes, images, offer dates, and vendor details.
• Build and revise weekly flyer layouts per brand standards.
• Maintain regional and store-specific flyer versions with correct products, prices, dates, and disclosures.
• Proofread all flyer drafts for pricing, descriptions, images, spelling, dates, DISCLAIMERS, and consistency.
• Route drafts for review, track approvals, and communicate missing information or deadlines.
• Prepare approved flyer files for print and digital distribution and coordinate delivery to production partners.
• Help select weekly promotions for radio and convert offers into copy and talking points.
• Draft and revise radio scripts under supervision.
