Advertising Attorney - Non-Partner Track Position

Our client is seeking an attorney to join its Advertising & Promotions Practice to represent advertising, market and promotional matters for national and international brands. This position is open in Washington, DC, New York, or San Francisco and is a non-partner track role. The salary for this position is between $195k to $275k per year.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience advising clients on advertising and marketing law, which includes claim substantiation, consumer protection and unfair competition issues, federal and state regulatory requirements, sweepstakes and promotions, influencer and social media marketing, and review of advertising and marketing materials.
• Experience with FTC, FDA, and state attorney general investigations and enforcement matters.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, technology, food and beverage, health and wellness, or media industries.
• Experience with proceedings before the NAD, NARB, and CARU is a plus.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and client counseling skills are essential.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• State bar admission is required.
