Job summary

Brookshire Brothers, Inc. in Lufkin, TX is seeking an Advertising Associate Coordinator to support the weekly advertising process. You will work with the Weekly Advertising coordinator, manage proofs, dashboards, and analytics, and coordinate ad design from QUAD to final publication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Weekly Ad Group for Proofing
• Send out Monday Ad Proof and screen responses
• Review and Send all planners to QUAD for weekly ad design for different ad formats
• Create Ad Design Notes to send to Quad for ad layout design. Include details of special sections/promos.
• Create weekly versions for all banners (BB, BNB, Davids) and cross train with Graphic Designer/Signage Coordinator on versioning
• Conduct Final Ad Corrections to send to Quad and process final DBL ad approval.
• Coordinate and oversee the processing of all Advertising and Loyalty Invoices
• Resolve any issues involving newspapers/direct mail process or customer/store issues
• Download all final ad files from Quad FTP
• Enter and maintain all weekly ad design/content information in Salesforce and in the Marketing calendar (For all banners)
• Send final ads to newspapers for posting on website and upload weekly ads to Nielsen.
• Archive Ads to ADARCHIVE Drive for Buyers after print
• Make final corrections to ad planners after final proofing and send to FinalAD Group and post to CSOP.
• Develop Marketing calendar for content creation across platforms and specifically the weekly ad.
• Assist with administrative processes within Marketing and Community Relations
• Process invoices and input data for advertising and digital departments
• Be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned such as general cleaning, custodial duties, and other activities as directed by management.
