Job summary

Real Chemistry seeks a Senior Director of Advertising Analytics to lead analytics within our advertising practice. This executive role blends analytics, client leadership, and team-building while guiding cross‑functional work and budget stewardship across pharma engagements.

The position is hybrid within the US (offices in Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, Wilmington or remote). Pay range is $130,000–$170,000 with comprehensive benefits and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

8+ years in analytics leadership roles within pharma or healthcare marketing.
Leadership at healthcare or pharma agencies with analytics integrated into creative workflows.
Proven success selling analytics services and achieving revenue targets.
Experience with omnichannel marketing, social listening and audience analytics.
Familiarity with AI-enabled research tools, low-code workflows, and rapid insights.
Knowledge of data governance, HIPAA and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

Lead client analytics engagements and set strategic analytics direction.
Identify opportunities and grow profitable analytics work with clients.
Collaborate across Real Chemistry to source analytics opportunities and build relationships.
Develop and mentor analytics teams, aligning work to strategic client goals.
Apply AI-native workflows and ethical considerations in healthcare contexts.
