Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics leadership roles with advertising/marketing experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Leadership experience at healthcare communications or pharma advertising agencies.
• Proven success selling analytics services and hitting revenue targets.
• Expertise in omnichannel marketing and audience analytics.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for research and insight development.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements on advertising analytics projects and set strategic direction.
• Identify and grow analytics opportunities; manage revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scope and win analytics work.
• Develop and mentor analytics teams; align work to client goals and outcomes.
