Textron Systems - ATAC is seeking an experienced fighter pilot to support USAF training at Luke AFB and deploy as needed. The role requires current FAA First Class Medical, DoD tactical qualifications, and U.S. citizenship.

You will fly the adversary aircraft, maintain proficiency, and participate in briefings and mission debriefings. You will contribute to mission readiness, safety, and currency while collaborating with cross-functional teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Former DoD tactically trained fighter pilot.
• 700 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) of any fixed wing DOD-owned/operated fighter aircraft.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Secret Security Clearance, US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Fly the ATAC fighter aircraft to support USAF training and readiness missions.
• Deploy from Luke AFB or other locations as required.
• Operate and maintain flight proficiency and currency per contract requirements.
• Attend briefings and debriefings; execute adversary missions and training scenarios.
• Adhere to safety rules and mission restrictions; manage mission planning and execution.
• Provide after-action inputs and lessons learned; assist in flight scheduling and program needs.
