Qualifications

• Experience delivering services to both business and consumer clients.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for Outfitter and Dealer operations via phone and email.
• Address inquiries, escalating as needed.
• Assist with daily program inquiries.
• Provide ad-hoc training on adventure tools.
• Communicate important information to leadership.
• Partner with Regional Account Managers.
• Resolve member issues to ensure positive interactions.
