locations: Adventureland, 3200 Adventureland drive, Altoona, IA 50009, United States of AmericaMaintain a knowledge of the menu items and assist guests by explaining how various menu items are prepared All other duties assigned by leadership **Education and Experience:** No education requirements for this position work experience is not Previous experience with alcoholic beverage serving and associated regulations would be helpful**Language:**Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus. **Requirements:** Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work until later hours of the nightAbility to comply with all uniform policiesAbility to refrain from on-the-job consumption of alcohol Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional mannerAbility to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday Ability to frequently stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shouldersAbility to withstand heat and humidity from food preparation equipment Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 40 pounds or more Ability to consistently use hands to grasp, control, move objects/tools Ability to use step stools, as needed This role will be based in one or more F&B and/or restaurant locations throughout the park, with exposure to both indoor and outdoor environmentsWorking at Adventureland is about making people happy!
