Job summary

Storyteller Overland in Springfield, MO is seeking a detail-oriented Cabinet & Final Trim Technician to join our EPIC production team. The role oversees cabinet and final trim installation, coordinating workflow and ensuring high-quality finishes in living quarters cabs.

You will install cabinets, fixtures, and trim, collaborate with the Cabinet Shop Lead, and actively contribute to prototype builds and electrical/plumbing integration as needed.

Qualifications

• AAS Technical/Trade degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Automotive experience is required.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assemblies and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and manuals.
• Willingness to learn new skills in automotive/manufacturing.
• Follow process instructions precisely and safely.
• Read electrical schematics within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets and final trim per plans, ensuring quality.
• Measure, cut, modify materials for proper fit.
• Ensure installations are level, aligned, securely fastened.
• Coordinate workflow and production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment per 5S.
• Assist with fabricating components with the Cabinet Shop Lead as needed.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to meet standards.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and work collaboratively.
