Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills and ability to use various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise assembly and production of RVs and adventure vehicles.
• Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality and report issues.
• Maintain stock levels at your station to avoid production delays.
• Follow all system procedures, company protocols, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve process and product quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to learn new techniques and support improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Contribute ideas to improve assembly techniques and workflows.
