Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tomahawk, WI. This role offers 40 hours per week, eight-hour shifts, and a pathway to gain experience across hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation settings.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, document outcomes, and collaborate with a clinical team. Licensure in WI and BLS required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS (American Heart Association).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and self-management.
