Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in West Ashland, Wisconsin. You will evaluate patients, design targeted rehab plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.

You will work with a dedicated clinical team, enjoy week-by-week scheduling, and receive comprehensive benefits as part of a travel program. This position requires a Wisconsin PT license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license (state requirements)
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
