Base pay range

$1,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Role Overview

You’ll take on the role of a 1099 Independently Contracted Adventure Specialist with full flexibility to build your career on your terms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others explore the world, values personal freedom, and is ready to grow their own entrepreneurial venture within the travel space.

You’ll design custom itineraries, provide high-touch concierge support, and manage reservations, all while offering your clients unique, life-enriching experiences that go far beyond a standard vacation.

Your Role:

• Design and manage customized travel itineraries based on each client’s needs
• Provide exceptional client service before, during, and after the trip
• Handle reservations, confirmations, and travel documentation
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and experiences
• Perform administrative and receptionist duties as needed (via phone, email, or online tools)
• Maintain relationships with industry partners and seek out exclusive travel opportunities
• Build your own client base through outreach, referrals, and social engagement

Requirements:

• Experience in concierge services, customer service, or travel planning is a bonus but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, self-manage, and stay organized
• Passion for travel and knowledge of destinations and a willingness to continually learn more
• Creative problem-solving abilities
