Job summary

Archipelago Companies in Denver, CO is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales. The role requires opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring the store runs smoothly with strong visual standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year in sales/merchandising, be confident with Shopify POS, and willing to work weekends/evenings. A BA/BS is preferred but not always mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in sales and merchandising with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Experience with action sports or outdoors is preferred.
• Proficiency with Shopify POS and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to grow revenue through premium guest experience.
• Execute product flow, restocking, back-of-house operations, and store maintenance.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and brand image daily.
• Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and till reconciliation.
• Open/close the store following SOPs; manage customer issues calmly.
