Mammoth Mountain is seeking a seasonal team member to help run Woolly's Adventure Summit attractions in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will assist with tickets, rentals, and guest services while delivering a safe, fun, family-oriented experience.

Team members learn diverse duties across the park, including safety, operations, and guest interaction, and will be part of a small, dedicated crew dedicated to exceptional service and mountain fun.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in controlling groups of customers.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• History of working within a team structure.
• Ability to be outside and deal with cold climate.

Responsibilities

• Operate Woolly's Adventure Summit attractions, including the Mountain Coaster and Park operations.
• Manage tickets, rentals, and customer service duties.
• Ensure safety and a fun, family-oriented guest experience.
