Job summary

Steve & Kate's is seeking capable team members for our Field Trip program in San Ramon, CA. You will chaperone field trips, connect with campers, and monitor safety and wellness while traveling by bus to multiple stops with groups of children.

Qualifications include being at least 18, 2+ months of relevant experience, and First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1. Apply by Dec 31, 2026 for this hourly role.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children (1 year preferred).
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops with kids.
• Actively supervising campers and enforcing safety policies.
• Report notable concerns or incidents and any injuries to campers or staff.
• Monitor camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
