Life Time is seeking a Kids Camp Counselor to lead campers 3–12 through activities like rock climbing, swimming, arts, crafts, and field trips with a focus on safety and nutrition education. The role involves guiding groups, maintaining a positive environment, and coordinating monthly events to boost participation and revenue.

The position requires 1 year of camp experience, certification prerequisites, and the ability to tolerate loud noises, stand and move for extended periods.

Qualificações

• 1 year of camp experience.
• Completion of Life Time Summer Camp Counselor Certification prior to Camp Season.
• First Aid within the first 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands/arms, reach, and climb ladders.

Responsabilidades

• Engages children in interactive activities including crafts, singing, sports, and field trips while maintaining safety.
• Leads a group of up to 10 campers ages 3-12 with a positive, outgoing attitude and acts as a role model.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of camp to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks, and drinks follow the department budget.
