Advent Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is looking for a full-time Front Office Coordinator to join our team!

Summary

The Front Office Coordinator is the initial point of contact with patients and is the administrative support person for the outpatient clinic. This position acts as the liaison between the clinic staff and patients and is responsible for communicating company policies, procedures, and insurance information effectively and professionally. The role requires compliance with all policies, including Medicare and HIPAA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete daily general office and administrative duties
  • Oversee collection of insurance co-payments and patient registration, and document and reconcile daily schedule
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure efficiency and a positive patient experience
  • Verify insurance benefits
  • Monitor incoming calls and visitors to ensure effective communication and facilitation

Qualifications/Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Two years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or similar setting
  • Effective and professional communication skills

  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
