The Advancement Special Projects Coordinator helps bring donor stewardship and advancement initiatives to life through project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, communications, and event support. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys managing details while working across teams to move meaningful projects forward. A typical day may include coordinating timelines and deliverables for priority projects, preparing stewardship materials, gathering information to support strategic initiatives, and working with colleagues across departments, external vendors, and partners. The Coordinator also supports donor recognition, stewardship, and cultivation events through tasks such as managing guest lists and RSVPs, coordinating vendors and materials, and assisting with on-site setup. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while collaborating with a range of internal and external partners.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Administrative, project management, or communications experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with excellent command of grammar.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential donor information with discretion and professionalism while working collaboratively across departments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Experience with database software preferred.
Ability and willingness to learn new software and use technology to support donor relations, communications, and event coordination.
Reliable transportation, this is a fully on-site position in Gill, MA.

This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week position. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support donor events and other Advancement initiatives.
