Job summary

The Museum of Science seeks a Research Associate to support the Advancement team by conducting prospect research and providing insights to inform donor engagement and fundraising strategy.

Identify and qualify prospective donors, maintain accurate data in CRM systems, and ensure fundraisers have timely information for meetings and events. Strong analytical skills and collaboration are essential to grow a robust donor pipeline and advance the museum’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research on individuals, corporations, and foundations to support donor identification and qualification.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date research information within CRM systems.
• Supports data entry, validation, and quality control processes related to prospect research.
• Collaborates with Advancement staff to fulfill research requests and provide timely information.
• Supports preparation for donor meetings, events, and leadership engagement.
