Job summary

The Huntington seeks an Assistant Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations to advance funding from corporate, foundation, and government funders. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will craft proposals, manage deadlines, and collaborate across divisions to showcase impact.

You will build and maintain a CFR donor portfolio, set budgets with Finance, and pursue new sponsorships, reporting on outcomes and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent grant writing and storytelling to communicate impact clearly.
• Strong English writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Knowledge of corporate, foundation, and government fundraising strategies.
• Proficiency with donor databases and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and solicit funders to meet annual goals.
• Prepare and submit grant proposals, reports, and materials.
• Maintain deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Collaborate with program staff to gather outcomes and metrics.
• Independently manage CFR donor portfolio and grow prospects.
• Develop budgets with Finance and monitor grant spending.
• Steward Corporate Partners and pursue new sponsorships.
