University of Washington in Seattle seeks an Advancement Coordinator within the College of Engineering’s Advancement team. The role provides project management and executive-level support for fundraising processes and priorities.
You will support Corporate and Foundation Relations, Marketing Communications, and Strategic Initiatives, coordinating meetings, events, donor materials, and reporting while partnering with a broad set of stakeholders.

The Advancement Coordinator is an integral member of the College of Engineering's Advancement team, responsible for a variety of activities in support of senior leaders and the corporate and foundation fundraising, marketing communications, and advancement services teams. Reporting to the Executive Administrative Specialist, the Advancement Coordinator provides project management and executive-level administrative support for the College of Engineering (COE) fundraising processes and priorities.

High school diploma or equivalent AND two years of office or administrative support experience.
Pay Range Minimum:
$47,256.00 annual
Pay Range Maximum:
$63,156.00 annual
