Job summary

University of Washington is seeking a Program Manager for Advancement Communications to lead the day-to-day execution of marketing and communications projects. You will manage cross-department collaboration, ensure alignment with development’s goals and deliver donor-centered content with clarity and quality.

The role reports to the Associate Vice President and offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and telework opportunities, contributing to UW’s philanthropic campaigns and annual plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of experience in program management, marketing, communications, development, or related field.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, prioritization and execution of development communications initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and track progress against plans.
• Identify risks and mitigate to maintain momentum.
• Provide strategic project counsel and ensure donor-centered content quality.
• Manage external vendors and maintain brand alignment across UW communications.
