Job summary

NIVA Health invites experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to lead advanced wound care within our Mobile Wound Care Division. You will manage wound care patients autonomously across homes and facilities, applying advanced therapies and clinical judgment to achieve optimal healing.

lead and mentor clinicians, collaborate across disciplines, and continuously improve quality and processes while maintaining meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile setting.
