What We Offer

• Compensation:
  • Base + Bonuses $400,000 - $600,000 annually
• Sign-on / Retention Bonus:
  • $75,000 - $100,000
• Relocation Assistance:
  • $15,000 - $25,000
• Flexible call structures (4-, 5-, or 6-provider team models)
