Ramboll is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Welder/Fabricator to join our Liverpool, NY team. You will work within a fabrication group delivering custom products for manufacturing clients, with a focus on MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, pipe fitting, and blueprint interpretation.

We value safety, reliability, and high-quality work, with opportunities for travel for equipment installation and commissioning and ongoing development within a foundation-owned company.

Formación

• 10+ years of welding/fabricating experience.
• Highly experienced with MIG, TIG, and Stick Welding.
• Oxy-Fuel/Plasma cutting on structural steel and pipe.
• Pipe fitting and welding to B31.3 (6G certification).
• Hand tools, power tools, and equipment knowledge.
• Ability to read fabrication blueprints & drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, troubleshooting.
• Reliability, efficiency, and high-quality work.
• Overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment use.
• Safety minded, able to work alone or with others.
• Willing to travel for equipment installation and commissioning.

Responsabilidades

• Plan daily/weekly workload with supervisors based on production schedule.
• Read and interpret fabrication blueprints and drawings.
• Fabricate components to drawings accurately and promptly.
• Operate fabrication machinery (saws, shears, presses, drill presses, mag drills, ironworkers, grinders, welding equipment).
• Inspect work to meet quality standards.
• Move materials with cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment safely.
• Document changes by marking up drawings with redlines.
• Follow PPE and OSHA safety policies.
• Train younger talent.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Perform additional shop or field tasks to meet deadlines.
