Ladders is seeking an Advanced Weapons Business Process Leader to guide process standardization and transformation across manufacturing areas, with a focus on ERP rollouts and simplification. You will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with business and functional leaders to translate needs into practical process and system solutions.

This remote US-based role requires 12+ years in manufacturing engineering or 8+ with a PhD, plus SAP experience.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in Science; or 10 years with a Master's; or 8 years with a PhD; or 18 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering processes
• Understanding of SAP modules, including BOMs and Routings
• Knowledge of systems architecture and SAP support methodologies
• Experience conducting thorough testing of ERP functionalities

For our client, we are seeking a Advanced Weapons Business Process Leader to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will guide process standardization and business transformation across assigned areas, with a strong focus on ERP rollouts and simplification. You will serve as a key subject matter expert, partnering with business and functional leaders to translate operational needs into practical process and system solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $139,000 – $208,600 annually
