Job summary

TIG Distributing Inc is seeking an Advanced Warehouse Handling Equipment Operator in Pontoon Beach, IL. The role focuses on operating multi-directional MHE to load/unload trucks and move products within the warehouse, with additional duties in hand unloading and order picking as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma is required.
Minimum 1 year forklift experience.
Multi-directional MHE experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year in warehouse, manufacturing or logistics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, safe environment with standardized work.
Experience with computers; RF scanner experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Load and unload materials from trucks using a forklift, turret, and other warehouse equipment.
Operate multi-directional MHE safely following company protocols.
Inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance to ensure safety.
Move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
Daily order picking and fulfillment from TIG warehouse orders.
Conduct inventory counts and assist receiving/shipping activities.
