This role involves inspecting and operating specialized logistics equipment. You will work from source documents to verify part numbers, locations, and quantities. Additionally, you will count parts, fill orders, and perform basic quality assessments for damage and defects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous work or volunteer experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with logistics equipment such as reach trucks, order pickers, turret trucks
• Warehouse or distribution center experience
• Ability to follow written instructions like Standard Work or SOPs

Pay and shift details:

• Location: Corinth, MS
• Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (specific hours vary)
• Starting pay: $17.85/hour + full benefits + night shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Job responsibilities:

• Operate specialized equipment like reach trucks, order pickers, turret trucks
• Meet efficiency targets
• Inspect and operate heavy equipment and perform material handling
• Operate automated packaging, shipping, and receiving systems
• Use multiple systems and interact with carriers
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Use machines for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging
• Operate electronic hardware for inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S)

Essential job functions:

• Lift parts up to 35 pounds individually, 70 pounds as a team
• Bend, reach, and squat frequently
• Use required PPE
• Work in environments with changing temperatures
• Work at heights up to 30 feet
• Cross-reference materials with documentation
• Work overtime as needed

Overtime may be required depending on business needs, including weekends and evenings.
