Job summary

University of Florida Veterinary Hospitals seeks a CVT or RT to join the Diagnostic Imaging team. You will perform high quality imaging across radiography, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, ultrasound and nuclear medicine.

You’ll support both small and large animal services in a fast-paced teaching hospital and work closely with Radiologists and Residents. The role requires strong imaging skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and compassionate, proactive patient handling in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• CVT or RT with imaging skills and interest in veterinary patients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork required.
• Compassionate patient handling and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality imaging across modalities including radiography, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, ultrasound and nuclear medicine.
• Support both small and large animal services in a fast paced teaching hospital.
• Collaborate with Radiologists, Residents and other technicians.
• Deliver patient care with accuracy and compassion.
